For the past week I have experienced what I call partial constipation. When I evacuate in the mornining bowel does come out but it still feels like so?

Fluid and fiber: Foods high in fat tend to constipate you. Foods high in fiber favor looser stools. Fruits vegetable, whole grains are excellent sources of fiber. Also, fiber only works if u are well hydrated. Drink plenty of non-caffinated, non-alcoholic fluids to keep stools soft. Fiber can also be added to a glass of water. Constipation: Given the significant amount of adhesions associated with Asherman`s syndrome it could absolutely cause constipation. Diarrhea would seem much less likely. Cold-like symptoms, and constipation. I can literally feel inflamation on the bottom of the bowel. What could this be?
Not sure but...: Hi wassup! I'm not sure what you mean when you say you literally feel inflammation but constipation can cause tremendous discomfort. You might try taking 3000 mg of buffered vit c every hour until you have a bowel movement- sooner or later I guarantee this will work and the high doses of vit c may help your cold too!
