Do tremors involve arms AND chest (torso)? Is this the 1st time he has taken Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl)? Tremor can be seen with Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) but it is RARE. Tremor in the young: Causes to think of include neoplastic, developmental and inherited (storage disease, wilson's etc). Mri is a good first step to rule out a brainstem tumor or structural problem e.g. Congenital brain malformation, aqueductal stenosis. If negative, CSF studies next to rule out an infectious or inflammatory process.
