U may have some arth: U may very well have some minor arthritis in ur neck & tspine. Coughing is quite violent if severe and increased intradickal pressures rise, as well as some flex/ext 2 these areas also. If it goes away when ur cough stops no worry. Strep: Common symptoms include headache fever and sore throat. Other symptoms include: nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle pain, or rash. The diarrhea could be related to the anabiotic and if it is persistent could actually be an anabiotic associated infection called c diff colitis. If you have risk factors such as high cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure etc. You should see a physician right away to rule out any aortic aneurysm. May be due to stress: Too many different systems involed. Are you under stress? Do you exercise and perhaps strained you neck. Tension can cause headaches and stress can induce pain anywhere. Since you make no mention of joint pain, i assume the pain is more musculoskeletal. You make no mention of diarrhea or constipation as well.
