Can forward head posture and rounded shoulders restrict your breathing? When taking a deep breath I have upper back pain and my accessory's are sore.

Contributing: Probably can cause some restrictive lung problems eventually but your problem is probably due to your underlying lung disease primarily. Your posture can also eventually lead to circulatory problems and neuro symptoms in your arms (thoracic outlet syndrome). I suspect that your underlying lung problems are severe. I wonder about a alpha-1=antitrypsin deficiency leading to severe emphysema. ...Read more
