Can forward head posture and rounded shoulders restrict your breathing? When taking a deep breath I have upper back pain and my accessory's are sore.

Contributing: Probably can cause some restrictive lung problems eventually but your problem is probably due to your underlying lung disease primarily. Your posture can also eventually lead to circulatory problems and neuro symptoms in your arms (thoracic outlet syndrome). I suspect that your underlying lung problems are severe. I wonder about a alpha-1=antitrypsin deficiency leading to severe emphysema.

I am having a cough for more than 3 weeks and a cold for almost 2 weeks, I am also having head ache, body pain, and upper back pain.

Exam if continues: If the cough is getting less, and no fever, then wait for another ten days. Drink more water to try to loosen the secretions and make them easier to cough up. If not improving then, or new symptoms, then see your DR. If you are a smoker, see your DR now.

No it is not: No it is not. You need to see your doctor for evaluation, and treatment, and stop cracking your neck. proper evaluation will rule out any serious condition in the spine, and open the door for suggestion from the specialist of how to have a nice healthy spine. See a doctor.

Have upper back pain both sides while bending neck forward, it pains till the head, pains on touch, pains on touch in chest ~ 1 yr. Chest CT clear jan?

Muscle: Bending the neck stretches the upper back and posterior neck musculature which in your case could be too tight or strained from certain exercises or activities. Perhaps massage therapy would help the problem resolve. If you're doing exercises that are straining these structures, you may have to avoid or modify them.

Neck/upper back pain when moving chin to chest (but possible. Is this always dangerous or no different than muscle strain mistaken for serious disease?

See below: Neck and upper back pain when you move your chin to your chest can be caused by tight muscles in your neck or from a degenerative disc in you neck. The good news is that this will usually improve on it's own. See your physician if symptoms last greater than 2 weeks

I am having upper back pain that comes and go, and blood when I blow my nose. I do not have a cough. I am 25 and I don't smokecould I have lung cancer?

Almost certainly not: I don't think you have lung cancer at all. Back pain can be due to many things (including posture, very large breasts, etc) and blood when you blow your nose is probably due to a polyp. Obviously you should have it checked out if it's a lot. But at your age and with no smoking history, lung cancer would be very low on my list. As for bruising and weakness, you should probably have a blood test.
