Contributing: Probably can cause some restrictive lung problems eventually but your problem is probably due to your underlying lung disease primarily. Your posture can also eventually lead to circulatory problems and neuro symptoms in your arms (thoracic outlet syndrome). I suspect that your underlying lung problems are severe.
