Couple of things..: Gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer dieases, gastritis, severe reflux can cause your symptoms. Viral gastroenteritis (stomach-bug), irritable bowel can do same as well. If it is severe and rapid onset, it could be pancreatitis/gallbladder disease.
