I have diagnosed with h pylori i took the triple therapy i stil have the stomach upper pain with upper back pain however the heartburn is gone ?
I have gerd, when I have a lot of gas i get upper back pain, goes away after burping , happens when i eat big meals usually?
Simethicone: Simethicone dissolves the gas and that will help you. Obviously, eat smaller meals. Check and make sure you are not gulping down air when nervous or talking too fast (aerophagy). Chest pain: Sounds like you have back strain and esophageal reflux or peptic disease, try antacid for the heartburn or over the counter ranitidine.
