What causes upper back pain and very burning sensation that stretches along shoulders and back of my head? Could it be fibromyalgia? Could not bear hot
Probably not: Fibromyalgia affects both right and left sides of the body, above and below the waist. There are several things that might cause your symptoms-e.g.-trigger points (painful bands inside the muscle), facet joint arthritis of the lower neck or upper back (especially if you were in an accident with a whiplash injury), disc tears, and subluxation of the joints between the rib and vertebrae.
I keep getting a weird tingly burning sensation at the tops of both breasts. Not pain, discomfort. Doc says heart ok. Upper back pain. Anxiety. Ideas?
Probably ok: Your symptoms are unusual because there is tingling on both sides. If it was a stroke or a tumor, it would only be on one side of the body, so you shouldn't have to worry about that. It could be from anxiety, but that's an unusual way for it to present. There is a condition called myelitis, inflammation of the spinal cord, that could cause this. Ask your doctor to evaluate you with this in mind.
Is there any reason I would get thigh burning pain at the same time my upper back pain flares up? Both burning/prickly sensation. Very odd.
Yes: Neuropathic pain....Secondary to lumbar area disc / foraminal stenosis. See your pmd. Can be other more serious condition because of unusual disease. Simple vit B12 deficiency possible.
Severl possibilities: You are very young for spinal causes of back pain and when doctors hear the word burning they also thing about nerve pain, sciatica and infection for starters. Thus, it would be fantastic for you to see your PCP or even Ob/Gyn or possibly Spine Specialist for an initial evaluation to ensure you are not pregnant or with infection and then to obtain a more complete history and do an exam. Having upper back pain between shoulder blades no other symptoms 31 year old female burning feeling?
Trigger points: Pain in the midline of the back or around the shoulder blades is usually muscular. Trigger points, fairly specific areas that when pressed reproduce or trigger the pain, are common and muscular. Levator scapula syndrome is a variant near the top of the shoulder blade. Good posture, avoid looking down at computer screens. Try ice/heat, nsaid's, and salonpas hot patches.See 1 more doctor answer

Complicated: Did anybody check you for kidney stones or did you see your gynecologist? There are many possibilities from strain to spine problems. I and any other physician will need more information to narrow the scope of potential problems.
Depends: Disc herniations that are large enough can cause nerve compression that will cause referred pain along the pathway of the nerve. The shoulder is mainly covered by nerves coming from the neck. There should also be referred pain into the upper arm or even hand. Isolated burning tho the back of the shoulder and upper back may be less likely due to a disc hernia tion.

back pain (severity: severe) (side: left), burning sensation and painful skin when touched. Pain when pushing on the area.3 days now not better?
Need to be examined: It's difficult to answer this question without knowing more. Having the feeling on touching the skin is encouraging that it is not likely an internal problem. Common possibilities include shingles, which hurts a few days before a rash shows up, pinched nerve, injury, or kidney problems. It would be best to see a doctor if this continues.See 1 more doctor answer
Mid left back pain and side when laying down or sitting. Cyclobenzaprine made it go away but came back. Lots of side effects like burning sensation.
Injury?: The location and sensations you describe sound like spinal subluxation (twisted spine) cyclobenzaprine will help spasms from spinal malalignment, but is short lived. Correcting the posture or spine through chiropractic, osteopathic, or medical manipulation is suggested. Medications can be part of the solution even as temporary relief. There are others to try if you experience side effects.See 1 more doctor answer

Neuropathy: You may be having muscle spasms that are squeezing the nerves that come off your spine in the mid back region. The explanation for the abdominal symptoms may be from the fact that this mid and upper back area nerves of the spine are the ones that innervate the stomach.
