What causes upper back pain and very burning sensation that stretches along shoulders and back of my head? Could it be fibromyalgia? Could not bear hot
Probably not: Fibromyalgia affects both right and left sides of the body, above and below the waist. There are several things that might cause your symptoms-e.g.-trigger points (painful bands inside the muscle), facet joint arthritis of the lower neck or upper back (especially if you were in an accident with a whiplash injury), disc tears, and subluxation of the joints between the rib and vertebrae. ...Read more
I keep getting a weird tingly burning sensation at the tops of both breasts. Not pain, discomfort. Doc says heart ok. Upper back pain. Anxiety. Ideas?
Probably ok: Your symptoms are unusual because there is tingling on both sides. If it was a stroke or a tumor, it would only be on one side of the body, so you shouldn't have to worry about that. It could be from anxiety, but that's an unusual way for it to present. There is a condition called myelitis, inflammation of the spinal cord, that could cause this. Ask your doctor to evaluate you with this in mind. ...Read more
