Simethicone: Simethicone dissolves the gas and that will help you. Obviously, eat smaller meals. Check and make sure you are not gulping down air when nervous or talking too fast (aerophagy). Consider taking a proton pump inhibitor to fix your gerd. May want to discuss your options with a GI specialist, may want to check for barrett's esophagus at some point also. ...Read more
