Every time i sleep on an airbed i get upper back pain between my shoulder blades. How do I prevent this?
My husband has upper back pain, pain in the chest and a bit in both of his arm pits it only happens at night 2 hours into his sleep.
Could be his: Sleeping position or from the mattress if it is old not supporting his back. If the back is not supported it can hurt into the armpits and around into the front of the chest all the way around to the middle. Have him try a different sleeping position for certain. If that does not help have him see a doctor for evaluation of his upper spine. But i would bet on the sleeping position or the mattress. ...Read more
I've had fatigue and upper back pain. My fam has been sick. I had to take care of a baby and did not get much sleep. I don't get sick often. Help. ?
Sleep: You probably are just over fatigued yourself! All that stress and lack of sleep and taking care of a baby will definitely do all that to you. Have you taken anything for your back pain like acetaminophen or ibuprofen or naproxen?
