I've had fatigue and upper back pain. My fam has been sick. I had to take care of a baby and did not get much sleep. I don't get sick often. Help. ?

I would suggest 500mg naproxen twice a day and some heat to the upper back and do your best to catch up on your sleep. Best of luck to you. ...Read more
