Hello.: Hello. I don't know your diagnosis. There are a number of things which could present similarly. I don't know your age, if you have family history of cardiac disease, if you are a smoker, hypertensive etc. But based on the fact that you have chest pain, nausea & dizziness, I do would get it evaluated forth with.
Here are possible symptoms of a mycocardial infarction (heart attack). Chest pain, tightness, squeezing or fullness is the most common presentation. However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right). One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn. Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack.
Although there are things you describe that wouldn't be real typical for a heart attack, the problem is that some people have some very atypical cardiac events. Recommend that this be evaluated expeditiously. ...Read more

Maybe there is a little peripheral nerve that is getting pinched in the spine. Serious symptoms would be worsening pain, fevers. If it gets worse, go see someone. ...Read more

My upper back gets red and hot sometimes. My left cheek flushes every day and my left arm does sometimes. No other symptoms. Can anxiety cause this?

Anxiety is amazing!: The things it can seem to do are almost limitless - especially in experienced sensations. Eventually damage may result but early effects on things you 'feel' and how it appears can be wild! Yet, you don't want to miss a sign of other illness that could be treated. So, discuss w/ a Dr - maybe have an exam/tests. Definitely consider CBT to learn management skills and curb anxiety. ...Read more

I am 25 have Tightness and ache in chest and upper back for 3 months. If it was heart related would I have other symptoms & would it last this long?

Heart unlikely but..: It is unlikely to be from your heart at 25 years old, but not impossible. It is more likely from some musculoskeletal problem. However, since it has been going on for this long it would really be good to see a doctor and get an exam to determine the cause. If it is musculoskeletal then your doctor could refer you to a physical therapist to help you get rid of the discomfort. ...Read more

I am having burning sensation in Upper back and Some times in the legs, I recently had an endoscopy that suggest mild gastritis but symptoms reoccured?

Could be a disc: Burning in the back associated with leg symptoms is suggestive of nerve compression in the spine. Based upon your age this is most likely due to a disc bulge. Most disc bulges occur in the lower lumbar spine, but they can also occur higher up. See an orthopedic spine surgeon or neurosurgeon for an exam, and possibly an MRI. ...Read more
