There ate many poss-: -ibilies. Winging of the scapula is best tested by doing a wall pushup. If severe winging could be due to nerve injury to the brachial plexus involving the long thoracic nerve of Bell. Seen after breast removal. Because of arm weakness brachial plexus higher up as in TOS can cause this. Seek out a fellowship trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon 4 exam& images. Hands on exam is needed. ...Read more

Need a full physical: The most common cause would be hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. It could have something to do with your lower spine. Other less common cause would be narcolepsy with cataplexy. Take a couple days o: If you are new to weight lifting, it takes some time to develop strong muscles, so you have to go slow and build them gradually. You may rest for 3-4 days and then start lifting again. If the muscles are too weak to lift close to your previous amounts lifted, you should go to your doctor and get him/her to do a neurological examination to make sure that your muscles are healthy and strong. ...Read more

Differential: So could be a number of things. Most likely you probably are coming down with a cold/infection, something like the flu perhaps. However, in a limited forum like this one, cannot rule out neurological issues, such as MS, other infectious causes, musculoskeletal issues (rotated vertebrae, pinched nerve), etc. I would see a doc and get evaluated if it persists.
