Yes: Ovarian cysts can definitely rupture. Typically the fluid from a ruptured cyst is going to flow down to the bottom of the pelvis. It's possible that there are some issues with inflammation, possibly endometriosis, in the uterus causing the free fluid. Definitely when a cyst ruptures it can cause pain throughout the abdomen. Multiple issues: Nabothian cysts are normal as is (probably) the rt ovarian cyst. The uterine polyp is more worrisome and should be followed (with ultrasound) to make sure it doesn't get bigger. The lack of periods could be related to pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or low body fat/athletic activity. The back pain can certainly come from the pelvic issues or can be the spine itself. Yes: Sadly, an ovarian cyst can cause discomfort, nausea and pelvic pain. Pain in the upper legs and frequent urination with a small cyst is likely something else.
