Gastritis: Could be gastritis which is a stomach inflammation
it gets worst with stress
it could be associated with reflux and that would explain the going upwards
it could your gallbladder which can get worst around periods and changes in hormone cycles
take Maalox or mylanta, take zantac (ranitidine) or pepcid and stay away from spicy food and greasy food

Based on the whole constellation of symptoms though, I would think that you are having problems with you gallbladder. The symptom of the pain getting worse after eating, is what tips me to thinking it is your gallbladder, Especially if you are eating greasy and / or spicy food frequently.
