Probably not: These are not usual side effect symptoms of oral contraceptives. It is more likely that your intestinal disorder is due to another cause. That being said, certain people have unusual (but not serious) reactions to any number of drugs...Sort of falls into the saying "everyone is different". Dehydration: is probably causing the fatigue weakness and dizziness. If you are unable to take fluids by mouth, then you will need to have them administered IV or this could get even worse.
