Since I don't know you at all or how your pregnancy has been coursing for past 23 weeks this answer may not be taking into consideration many things but I need to say that pain as you describe is not uncommon in many pregnant women. Check your kidneys: Abdominal pain with lower back pain can be caused by problems in the kidneys. Consider kidney stones, etc.

Also, right upper quadrant pain can be associated with liver/gallbladder issues.

I some instances, it can be an intestinal problem, or an ulcer.

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain, " more than mild pain, may need a doctor's re-evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis, which would need surgery. ...Read more
