Bleeding gums, fatigue, upper abdominal pain, blood in urine, headaches, bloating, nausea. All ultrasounds were normal so what's wrong with me?

Ultrasounds: Are not the only medical tests and have their own specific applications. I would expect a total panel of labs and a comprehensive exam first by your md and then one by your dentist. Hope this helps.

Uri: Sounds like a viral syndrome or flu virus with muscle aches, pains and sore throat. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms time to improve. Take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the pain and fever. Drink plenty of fluids. Get your rest and if symptoms last more than a week, consider seeing your doctor.

I have had headaches since child hood. And now I also have horrible upper abdominal pain very often. Urinate frequently. Are these symptoms tied?

Need exam: Headaches since childhood probably unrelated to the new onset abdominal pain nd urinary frequency. See you doctor to check for diabetes or other causes of urinary frequency and abdominal pain. The headaches may be migraines, tension, allergy/sinus etc. If you have had them since childhood it is some underlying chronic condition and unlikely to be an acute problem but a neurologist may diagnose.

I having been having headache, stomachache, fever and upper abdominal pain. Are these parts of HIV symptoms?

I having been having headache, stomachache, fever and upper abdominal pain. Are these parts of HIV symptoms?

No: These can be any of dozens of common illnesses, but the acute HIV infection is a flu-like or infectious-mono-like illness and this isn't a good match. Please love carefully from now on, and think about curbing in the alcohol drinking until you feel better. Best wishes.

Check a test: None of those are really pregnancy symptoms but there is a really easy way to find out if you are pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

I think I have gastritis. Upper abdominal pain. Been taking ibouprofen for tension headaches for 3 days. Headache gone but still stomach pain,?

Ibuprofen: Can be irritating to the stomach, causing inflammation and pain. Other causes including helicobacter infection will not respond to removing the mediation. Stop taking the ibuprofen, use an antacid like Maalox to relieve pain and stop alcohol, irritating meds including NSAIDS, aspirin, and give it a few days. If not better or if any vomiting, increasing pain or black stools see your doctor. Http://www. Nlm. Nih. Gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001150.htm

Having severe headache, middle back pain and neck pain, upper abdominal pain (can't lay on side) diarrhea. Just diagnosed with strep yesterday. Help!

Having severe headache, middle back pain and neck pain, upper abdominal pain (can't lay on side) diarrhea. Just diagnosed with strep yesterday. Help!

Strep: Common symptoms include headache fever and sore throat. Other symptoms include: nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle pain, or rash. The diarrhea could be related to the anabiotic and if it is persistent could actually be an anabiotic associated infection called c diff colitis. If the diarrhea persists a stool sample will be necessary. Otherwise alternating tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen plenty of rest and fluids is the treatment.
