Not sure.: From your description of one, it is not clear what is causing the problem. Assuming that your laboratory a valuation is all normal, I think my next step might be a CAT scan of the abdomen. GI issues: Have you seen a good gastroenterologist yet. It is clearly not due to a problem with dairy or gluten, by history. Have you been out of the country to a 3rd world country two months ago?
