Unstable Blood Pressure (Overview)

Resting BP typically runs in a typical range, which should go higher with activity and return at rest. If BP unusually goes quite high, or quite low, that would represent an unstable blood pressure, for which there are many numerous causes. Either extreme can be hazardous and should be evaluated.
