After a sudden loud noise, my ears became plugged. Will listening to music right after this incident permanently ruin my hearing?

Syringe may help: They sell cleaning kits for ears in the pharmacies which have large syringes. I always advise to use warm soapy water for these types of cleanings. At the same time, I advise caution when doing anything with the ear canal & if you're not sure of what you are doing or if things are going the right way then you should stop and see your doctor. No q-tips in the ears please! to clean your ears let soap and water flood your ears in the shower, then tilt your head and let it run out. Is it ok to use debrox ear wax removal while having ear sensitivity after a day of hearing loud noise?
