3 day BRAT after 9 days diarrhea. No other symptoms really. Now morning bm, sparse/pencily/slightly formed but feeling kind of constipated. Normal?

Sounds like: Thrombosed external hemorroid. Try otc topicals with hydrocortisone or anesthetic. Lying down to reduce pressure to area and ice pack can also help. If these don't work sometimes the clot needs to be surgically removed. Although painful, this condition will subside. More important is cause of diarrhea. Make sure it is nothing serious. Could be: Sometimes people who choose to purge do so because of sx (bloating) related to food intolerance. Gluten sensitivity may be evident. The diuarrhea may be evidence of that.
