Multiple Problems: Dark circles under eyes can be from allergies or sleep deprivation or both. Easy bruising can be caused by blood disorders but can also be caused by certain vitamin supplements like fish oil, flax seed oil or other high omega 3 fatty acids. Need to have it seen: By an eye doctor, who can view it under the slit lamp. You may have a drainage issue, or it may be tender, because it's inflamed, especially if there's a minor blockage (dacryolith), or from infection (dacryocystitis), or if it's not draining properly.
