Uneven sun exposure: Normal skin responses to sunlight exposure--more exposure, it gets darker by producing more melanin. Thus areas covered by clothing is always lighter. If a person doesn't want to darken due to sun exposure, the best cream is a facial skin moisturizer with sunscreen inside it.
