Without stimulus to the follicles they do not mature and make estrogen then without the adequate estrogen no ovulation occurs and then the ovary doesn't make enough progesterone. Although the levels : Of hormones are normal, i suspect the bioavailability or functionality of these hormones are still off - with higher testosterone and lower estrogen bioavailability.
