You need a chest x-ray, and if it does not show free air (pneumothorax) a prospect, might need more expensive work up. See a good generalist or lung doctor. Need examination: You should see your md for further evaluation. It is not easy to say something more accurate without examination. If a lymph node in biceps has some cancer cells but the one in the armpit doesn't, is the tumor only in the lymphatic system or it could have spread?
What happen if there are cancer cells in a sentinel lymph node in the biceps but none in the armpit? The tumor started from a nevus on the arm.
