I have general swelling in my left armpit. There is no lump and It feels like the armpit is puffy. I have no other symptoms except slight discomfort.

Get checked.: It is impossible for us to be able to tell what this is without an in person examination. Since it is getting bigger, please get seen very soon! Possible emergency: Sudden onset of severe testicular pain could be due to torsion & requires immediate attention & an emergency to save testis. See an ENT: Do you mean you have a lump in your cheek? There are many possibilities, including salivary gland issues.
