Various causes: White spots of the fingernails are common and may be due to protein deficiency, calcium deficiency, zinc deficiency, liver, disease, kidney disease et al. I don't think they're from your medications. They're probably not due to any major health problem in your case, but it is a good idea to take a multivitamin with minerals and include calcium in your diet.
