It's normal to feel groggy and 'out of it' for a while after a seizure, but severe headaches don't necessarily go with seizures and would need to be worked up by an md. Blepharospasm: Is involuntary contraction of the muscle of the eyelid and is usually harmless and occurs with fatigue, stress or excess caffeine.
