You are young: and this is a strange symptom for someone to have UNLESS you either have had an injury, or are taking drugs (including prescribed medication) or have a family history of very early cardiovascular disease. Without knowing: Details about you as a patient its tough to give a definitive answer. The first thought that comes to my mind is neuropathy. If you have uncontrolled diabetes, then that would be one possible cause. The treatment would be aggresive blood sugar control and use of medications in the class of neurontin (gabapentin). Cumulative trauma: Can result in a wrist synovitis resulting in carpal tunnel syndrome. Other nerve problems might occur, perhaps ulnar nerve at elbow. AM stiffness: This is a common symptom in people who have arthritis of different kinds. Impossible to say what kind without an exam.
