A few things.: Unfortunately, the sensation of incomplete emptying does not readily point to its cause. You could be retaining urine, as you sense, either due to obstruction of the bladder outlet or inability of the bladder to squeeze. Drink more fluids!: You need to drink enough water so that your urine is clear and if it is dark that means you have not drank enough water. Water is the best because most other fluids have other stuff in it that is not needed; like sugar, caffeine; you also need to see your family doctor to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection.
