Wow...lots of issues: I don't think we can really put all these things together into a common condition. There are clearly some gastrointestinal issues with the gas..not that concerned about white pieces after nuts or vomiting after linseed oil. Biggest cause of concentration and memory issues at your age is stress. Would check thyroid as under active gland could contribute to all. Work with your doctor. Good wishes:) ...Read more
