Ultrasound Stress Test
How accurate is an ultrasound stress test? Insurance doesn't want to pay for regular 2 stage test. Shows 2 leaky valves. No further tests or concerns.
Stress affects most people in some way. Acute (sudden, short-term) stress leads to rapid changes throughout the body. Almost all body systems (the heart and blood vessels, immune system, lungs, digestive system, sensory organs, and brain) gear up to meet perceived danger. These stress responses could prove beneficial in a critical, life-or-death situation. Fortunately, research is showing that lifestyle changes and stress-reduction techniques can help people learn ...Read more

What?: Those are not the right tests for high blood pressure. You must have some other symptoms too? You should have a urinalysis and blood work for kidney function and electrolytes. A physical exam to exclude coarctation. Purchase your own BP cuff, check your BP once a day, but 3 times at complete rest and average them. If it is anxiety, you'll quickly see it normalize in the calm of your own home. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

6 ekgs, x ray, ultrasound and stress test all come back normal in the past 6 months but i still sometimes get chest pains. Heart problem or anxiety?
Anxiety: Don't you have a good family doctor? That is a lot of tests and wasted energy directed at what is not your problem. Young people especially still learning how to operate in this big world often carry their stress in their chest. This leads to shortness of breath, muscles spasms in the chest wall and rib cage and should be addressed with natural methods of stress reductions including breathing. ...Read more
