Oligohydramnios: just means there is less amniotic fluid in your gestational sac than normal. Continue to drink liquids plenty and hope for the best. See perinatologist: Its frightening to have an ultrasound that gives news that isn't perfect. Oligohydramnios means that there isn't enough fluid around the baby. You can help make more fluid by drinking lots and lots of water and getting enough rest. You need to see a perinatologist to find out why.
