My daughter has a history of ovarian cysts. Recent ultrasound shows no cyst just lots of fluid around ovary and adhesion in ovary.What does this mean?

Probably ok: Small cyst are not uncommon and can cause pain. The thickening of the uterus can be related to your cycle (it varies throughout the month) at the time of the scan.
