See dentist: I am glad antibiotics made it go away once but you need to see dentist to determine the cause of the infection. Since antibiotics made it go away, it is probably not cancer but you need to determine the cause. If it is due to a tooth, dental abcesses can become deadly - see a dentist soon. ...Read more

I have white spots in my inner cheek but the don't hurt much just a little but the spots are annoying are they just ulcers I smoke 5-10 cigs a day?

? Canker Sore?: Ulcers can form inside our mouth and do so, often. Many of them are caused by viruses, often difficult to even diagnose...So these are called canker sores for lack of any better definition. Fortunately they heal, on their own, within one to two weeks. Painless ulcer: When an ulcer doesn't do what it normally should do like hurt, I tend to be concern that it is abnormal. Better have it checked out to make sure it is not cancerous. ...Read more
