I have white spots in my inner cheek but the don't hurt much just a little but the spots are annoying are they just ulcers I smoke 5-10 cigs a day?

Stop smoking!: You do not need to create ulcers (canker sores) in your mouth. When you smoke, you are reducing local and global circulation to your body, skin, and mucous membranes (mouth). So, you don't want to compromise your health by chain smoking. Having local ulcers demonstrate that you need to take care of your health more, and reduce physical stress on it as a young man. ...Read more
