I do kapalbhati pranayama every morning for 30 minutes with medium force. I feel very Comfortable after this. Can this cause hernia in future.?
Pranayama: 30 minutes daily sounds like a lot for me but I am likely not as familiar w/yogic practices as you. Anything is possible and I see that you have mvp. Please consider getting clearance from your primary care doctor. MVP may be more of an issue than potential for hernia. Keep up the healthy lifestyle but under doc guidance.
