See answer: The fact that u cld kiss a girl who was diagnosed to have typhoid fever 3 days ago suggests that she already is on an antibiotic and therefore not contagious, &improved. Doctor will not give u an antibiotic as a precaution. U may never develop the disease. If u do develop a fever the diagnosis becomes easier and u will be promptly treated. Transmission through sexual contact is rare and that is through anal sex. Your chances are low. I can find no recommendation to use antibiotics in a prophylactic manner.
