Zoonoses?: Looks like you're concerned patient may have zoonoses. Tick born ds' in nj can be lyme, anaplasma, erlichia, babesia or even rocky mt spotted fever. Certainly this presentation could be anything from bacterial, viral, parasitic or fungal infection.
