Please dont do that: Inserting yogurt or any other food into the vagina is not an effective treatment for a vaginal infection such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Over the counter yeast creams are available to treat this very common problem. It will be more effective to use one such as Monistat or Clotrimazole. Inserting yogurt is likely to cause you more problems. ...Read more

Can you insert probiotic supplements into the vagina to cure/prevent  chronic yeast infections and if so is there a certain brand or type to use?

Not yet: Note yet, at least not with any degree of certainty. However, research is ongoing, looking at which species and strains of microorganisms might someday be able to re-colonize the vagina and prevent overgrowth by fungi (ie, Candida) or other microbes ("BV"). Hopefully someday soon we will be able to apply "normal microbial flora" instead of antibiotics. ...Read more

Water soluble lube?: If you are using a water soluble lube such as k-y or maxi lube then it is likely that you are experiencing either a ph reaction to his sperm or an allergy.
