My hair is loss day by day and hair is not growing wot I do which type food I eat nd which frute is best for me?
I'm 28 years old and I weigh 47.5kg (same weight for years now) I'd like to gain a healthy 5 kg's but don't know what type foods to eat. Suggestions?
