Be cautious: I would try and avoid taking up to 3000mg of tylenol on a regular basis regardless of what source. While 3000mg/24 is an accepted dosing amount. The potential for cumulative toxicity is still significant especially if you take it regularly. See below: The max daily you should take is 4000mg. Sounds like you got 5000mg. I doubt that is going to cause a problem, but I certainly wouldn't take any more tylenol for a few days, if not a week.
