Depends: Lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) contains hydrocodone and Percocet contains oxycodone, two different opiates. On a purely mg to mg basis, oxycodone is usually stronger but different people react to different opiates differently. If it were me i would start with percocet. If you have chronic stomach pain, see an interventional pain doc and he may be able to do a block of the celiac plexus, which may help, but can be a risky shot.
