Would 2 pills of tylenol, (acetaminophen) 1 tramadol, 2 advil, 1 oxycodone, 4 benadryl, 3 midnite sleep aid and 2 melatonin be bad or just put me to sleep for awhile?
YES - DANGEROUS!: This is way too much medication to take all at once, and could put you in grave danger - including potential liver/kidney damage, or worse - death. If you are having trouble sleeping, then talk to your doctor about this, and they can work on establishing an effective treatment plan. Work on your stress factors. Eliminate caffeinated beverages before bed. Best wishes. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers
5 hrs sleep= easy to wake but not refreshed. 7+= headaches, oversleeping, coma like. Worse with Trileptal (for bipolar). Blood sugar crashing @ night?
Blood sugar: Possible. One quick way to tell - don't eat any refined carbs (bread, regular potatoes, etc.) for dinner. At bedtime, have a snack of some celery and peanut butter. The peanut butter "burns slowly" in your body. If you feel better in the A.M. - that was it! you should also have a fasting Insulin checked in the A.M. To see if you are "hyperinsulinemic." that could mimic what you describe. ...Read more

Is it unhealthy to stay awake during night time (up to 3am), despite sleeping enough during the day (8 hours - 3am to 11 am)?
Probably not: The time of the hours which you sleep are generally less important than the number of hours. Though you can throw off your circadian rhythm (natural day-night cycle), it doesn't harm most. Some, however, can develop signs/symptoms of sleep disorders like insomnia. What are the negative consequences of taking tylenol (acetaminophen) pm to help me get to sleep at night?
Not bad, but....: I always like to know why you can't get to sleep normally. The tylenol (acetaminophen) pm isn't particularly bad, but it is not good either. If there is a specific reason you need it for a short period of time like a change of schedule or something that you just need to get through, then go ahead, but don't plan on continuing indefinitely. ...Read more

Is there anything u can give a two year old to help him sleep? Is tylenol (acetaminophen) pm safe?
Yes- not a sleep med: Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM is safe at the recommended dose for your child. However, it should be used if he or she is sick rather than as a sleep medication. Once in a while that is not a problem. But regular use in that way will not teach your child how to calm down and get to sleep without meds. That is not what it is for. I also suspect that regular use is not safe. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
