Sure: Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm contains tylenol (acetaminophen) which may not be needed to get to sleep or allergies but probably isn't harmful unless using other tylenol (acetaminophen) throughout the day. Diphenhydramine (main ingredient in many of the medications) makes people very sleep, particularly wen not used everyday so as far as overall allergy medication, as long as not having hangover in day can be quite effective. ...Read more

It could very possibly be a sleep disorder but other things could be the problem as well. Not really: Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has a decongestant in it of course, which doesn't help regarding sleep at all. There is often a small amount of antihistamine added, meant to dry up mucous, and to be mildly sedating. It doesn't always work, and antihistamines should not be used as sleep aides.
