When you take Allegra D, you are getting this ingredient as well and may end up with elevated BP, faster heart rate, and /or insomnia. For allergies, often a nasal spray and one oral antihistamine improve symptoms greatly. Don't use Allegra-D for more than 3 days at a time, try just regular Allegra.
