I survived 32 grams of tylenol and 400 mg of omeprazole without medical attention. Can i survive having 2 grams of omeprazole at once?
No: You need to only take medications as medically prescribed and recommended. You need to see a dr. Asap for counseling and treatment. Call your local emergency department and ask for guidance to a crisis center. Taking that many pills and such large quantities is not healthy. 7000 mg : A person should not take more than 4000 mg a day and that is still a very high dose. 7000 mg can be lethal. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, jaundice, irritability, coma, convulsions, diarrhea and abdominal pain ( this is not a complete list). No benefit: Your liver will be able to handle this without a problem. But something you don't want to do again as there is no benefit. Safe doses are up to 7, 000 mg/day, taken down to 3, 000 mg/day to 4, 000/day for population safety reasons.
