I survived 32 grams of tylenol (acetaminophen) and 400 mg of omeprazole without medical attention. Can i survive having 2 grams of omeprazole at once?
No: You need to only take medications as medically prescribed and recommended. You need to see a dr. Asap for counseling and treatment. Call your local emergency department and ask for guidance to a crisis center. Taking that many pills and such large quantities is not healthy. Tylenol (acetaminophen): This really depends on the dose of acetaminophen. A dose of 7gm at one time will put you into severe liver compromise.
