If you have any stomach issues, tylenol (acetaminophen) will be the better choice although advil offers an anti inflammatory effect & pain relieving effect while tylenol (acetaminophen) only works as pain reliever. stop a medicine: Relafen (nabumetone) is an "nsaid" or "non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, " developed because to be stronger than aspirin, and although weaker than steroids, having much fewer side effects. Nsaids frequently can cause stomach distress and even serious bleeding. This can make any oral intake uncomfortable. So stop the Relafen (nabumetone) and take some otc Prilosec for a while.
