I normally have heavy periods, but its been two months since the last one. I've had intense stomach and pain and some nausea. Could i be pregnant?

Possible pregnancy

When a woman misses 2 periods it is possibly pregnancy, so check a pregnancy test. Otherwise likely caused by hormones being off, so a period if coming will be heavier than usual. Thyroid problems, stress, gaining or losing weight can cause a woman to miss a period or two.

Normally have painful heavy periods that are regular, this month two days late on period and lighter bleeding then usual with no pain am I pregnant?

Periods

Hypermenorrhea
An easy way to rule out pregnancy would be to do a home pregnancy test. If it is negative (that's what I expect in your situation), then you're not pregnant. If it is +, then you need to seek local OB care.

Im 19 years old nd Im getting heavy periods since two months which lasts about 25 days nd Der is clotting .... plz help is dis a serious issue?

Likely not serious

Heavy_periods
If it's been 2 months, highly unlikely there's anythign too worrisome going on. If it persists next month you should see a doctor, get an exam, and he/she will help figure it out.

If you are having irregularity in your menstrual bleeding, including heavier periods, as well as other changes that you describe (clear vaginal discharge, pelvic pain) then you need to be evaluated. This evaluation would include a careful history, an exam, an ultrasound and cultures to rule out any STD's or other vaginal infections. Do not hesitate to seek care!

I've had heavy periods for years, they last about 2-3 weeks every month. Birth control hasn't worked. Am I a candidate for a hysterectomy? I'm 25.

Many options

Fibroid
There are many options before you jump to hysterectomy. Marina IUDs are great at controlling cycles. Lysteda is an effective nonhormonal treatment. He sonohysterogram might detect a small polyp or fibroid causing the bleeding. Testing for an underlying bleeding disorder such as a von Willebrand's may be indicated. Don't give up just because birth control didn't work.

Im at healthy weight and not on birth cobtrol but i've had heavy periods and break through bleeding one week before starting period for months now?

Not normal

Menorrhagia
please see your gyn for a workup. You need an exam, blood work, and check a pregnancy test since u are not using birth control, and you will need a pelvic ultrasound to formulate possible treatment options which should help you get back on track.

I'm 27 & haven't had a menstral in two months. Prior to that had regular but very heavy periods also have dermoid on ovary. what could be the problem?

Menses irregular

Obstetrics_and_gynecology
There are numerous possibilities and the best person to evaluate this is your gynecologist. Trying to do this without an examination and perhaps some testing is not the way to diagnose. See them soon and good luck.

Keep a diary

1. Take a pregnancy test again in another week. 2. Keep a calendar of your periods and take it to a physician. It could be many things and a history and physical would help.
