I have two bumps on the outside of my lower lip my mom says its caused by rubbing my lips together. Do you know what it is? How can I get rid of it?

It could be from an accidental trauma (lip biting), and you may have broken/injured a small blood vessel. If you smoke a lot per day, or for years, this could be related. Go see your dentist for evaluation. You may need a biopsy to rule out cancer.
