Could be...: Spasms with twitching do tend to suggest some injury or irritation of the nerves to the forearm. If you have any numbness, tingling or other change in sensation and weakness, that clarifies that nerve dysfunction involved. Eye pain: YShea ~ Goeie more Mnr Shea, yes, rapid descent in a plane can cause middle ear pain and pain in the sinuses and the pain above the eye is probably frontal sinus pain. The L eye twitching is probably benign myokymia but L.arm numbness more worrying. I would drop in on your GP to make sure this all ok and can be watched. baie dankie ! :-)) ...Read more

More to it: Give it a little more time and see if the side effects diminish. If not, talk to your doc about trying a different med. However, understand that medication alone is not optimal treatment for depression (if that is what you are treating). For most depressed patients, the benefits of meds are indistinguishable from placebo. Good treatment for depression is psychotherapy (with or without meds). ...Read more

ATEIN: A Thorough Evaluation Is Needed ... You should get a complete in-person evaluation by a physician. The list of possibilities is too long to properly exclude online. An ER Evaluation is NOT that evaluation -- it is just a screen to rule out what needs to be dealt with immediately.
